Degrees:

The Division of Continuing Education does not grant degrees. Credit courses, if satisfactorily completed, may be used as part of a degree program. Transferability is determined by individual colleges. The University of Colorado at Boulder offers approximately 90 academic programs at the bachelor's level, 60 at the master's level, and 40 at the doctoral level.

Location:

Classes are held throughout Boulder and at many metro locations. Off-campus and corporate onsite programs are available. Web and print correspondence courses allow students to learn when and where it's convenient for them.

Schedule:

Boulder Evening and ACCESS credit courses follow the traditional fall, spring, and summer semester schedule. Print correspondence and most online courses can be started at any time. Noncredit courses are scheduled throughout the year.

Admission:

Registration forms for all programs can be found online, in our catalogs, and at the Continuing Education Center on campus. In some cases, students will need to provide transcripts and SAT/ACT scores. For specific information, contact our office at 303.492.8252. (See below for specific information about admission into CAETE programs.)

Tuition:

Tuition is determined by the type of course and program, and in some cases, student residency. Tuition is due at the time of registration. Credit cards are accepted. Individual financial arrangements may be possible. Limited financial assistance is also available.
